From Advisory to Accountability
BMC Consult was founded in 2009 to address a persistent gap in the market: the distance between strategic advice and real-world results. We saw investors entering Vietnam with solid plans, only to encounter execution failures — licensing delays, poor site decisions, contractor misalignment, and compliance gaps that appeared after setup.
The solution was not more advisory. It was a fundamentally different model: one where strategy, legal setup, and execution are designed together, managed by a single team, and measured against one outcome — your ability to operate.
Over 15 years and 120+ projects, this model has proven itself across industries ranging from light manufacturing to food processing, logistics to technology infrastructure. We work across Vietnam's key industrial corridors, with direct relationships at the provincial and national authority level.

Our Practice
Two Disciplines, One Operating Model
BMC Consult began with a focus on greenfield investment — helping international companies establish new operations in Vietnam through integrated strategy, legal, and execution. Over years of building this practice, we developed deep relationships with Vietnamese businesses, regulators, and industrial operators across the country.
Our M&A Advisory practice is a natural extension of this work. The same execution discipline that delivers successful greenfield projects also delivers successful transactions. The same direct relationships that smooth licensing on the greenfield side smooth regulatory approvals on the transaction side. The same accountability that defines our broader engagement model defines our M&A engagements.
